To protect your legal rights and clarify the return and exchange process and responsibilities, we have formulated this policy. Please read it carefully. I. Basic Cancellation and Return Principles

  • All cancellation or return requests must be approved in writing by llummnar.com. You can request approval by emailing service@mail.llummnar.com. Cancellations or return requests without written approval will be rejected, and the order will continue processing.
  • Products returned without our written consent will be rejected and returned to the original shipping address, with all related costs borne by you.
  • Order Information: Orders can be edited/modified within 12 hours after placement. Orders with available stock are typically shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), and the actual delivery time is 5-7 business days. These time limits serve as a reference for return and exchange requests.
  • II. Product Defects and Inspection Time

  • After receiving the package, please carefully inspect the product's appearance, quality, and integrity within 14 calendar days.
  • If you find minor defects, stains, etc., please contact us promptly via customer service email or phone. We will provide a solution. Defects reported after 14 calendar days will be regarded as damage caused during your use and will not be processed for return/exchange.
  • III. Order Cancellation Policy (Different Stages)

    (A) Cancellation Before Shipping Label Creation
    If an order has been placed but the shipping label has not yet been created, you may request order cancellation and receive a full refund without any handling fees, upon receiving written approval.

    (B) Cancellation Before Shipment (Shipping Label Created)
    If the shipping label has been created but the order has not been shipped yet, you may cancel the order with written approval, but a 10% handling fee of the product’s original price will be deducted. The remaining amount will be refunded.

    (C) Cancellation After Shipment
    Once the order is shipped, it cannot be held back. You can refuse the package upon delivery or sign for it and contact us to obtain a return shipping label. After the package is returned and inspected, a restocking fee of 20% of the product’s original price will be charged, and the return shipping cost will be borne by you.

    (D) Cancellation After Delivery (Unopened Package)
    If the package is delivered within the 5-7 business day normal delivery period and you wish to cancel within 14 calendar days after delivery, the following conditions must be met:

  • Provide clear photos and video evidence showing the package is unopened and intact, and email the evidence to request written approval.
  • Upon approval, return the unopened package through the original delivery company, with the return shipping cost borne by you.
  • After the package is returned and inspected without issues, a 20% restocking fee of the product’s original price will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • IV. Non-Quality Return (Post-Use Cancellation)

    For returns for non-quality reasons (including but not limited to: unwanted items, size issues, dislike of the product, or refusal of compensation for minor shipping damage), requested within 30 calendar days after delivery, the following requirements apply:

  • Contact customer service for written approval and provide clear photos and video evidence showing the product and packaging are in original condition, without damage or use marks.
  • Upon approval, return the item with the original packaging via the original delivery company, with the return shipping cost borne by you.
  • Returns requested after 30 calendar days will not be accepted.
  • After the package is returned and inspected without issues, a 25% restocking fee of the product’s original price will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • V. Non-Returnable Products

    The following products are non-returnable unless special circumstances arise, and written approval is obtained from us:

  • Custom-made orders.
  • Used products or those with obvious signs of use.
  • Discounted or sale items.
  • VI. Refund Conditions and Exceptions

  • All eligible refunds will be completed within 15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned package.
  • If there are delays due to bank processing, logistics, or other unforeseen factors, please contact customer service with relevant proof, and we will verify and provide further explanation.
  • VII. Important Notices

  • Do not refuse any FedEx/UPS packages directly when requesting a return. Sign for the package first, then contact customer service to obtain a return shipping label to return the product as per the label's instructions.
